In March of 2011 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I decided to have a bilateral mastectomy three weeks after my diagnosis. After my surgery I started looking for a support group my spouse and I could attend with other lesbians. I decided to start this meetup group after getting into Road Biking and finding it difficult to find other GLBT people to ride with. We are a primarily lesbian group but are open to all GLBTQA riders of all abilities and fitness levels. At this point all rides will be easy/intermediate and will have a no drop policy.
